FELLA HEALTH

Public announcement

Fella Health today announced that it has resolved its legal dispute with Eli Lilly and Company regarding the advertising and sale of compounded GLP-1 products.

As part of this resolution and in light of recent FDA concern with telehealth companies promoting compounded GLP-1 drugs using certain claims, Fella Health is evolving its approach to weight loss care. Starting immediately, Fella Health will no longer advertise compounded GLP1 offerings on its platform or in third-party marketing. Patients continue to have the opportunity to discuss FDA-approved obesity medicines with their healthcare providers. All treatment decisions will continue to be made by independent, licensed healthcare providers based on each patient’s individual clinical needs.

Obesity treatment options have expanded considerably since Fella Health entered the market in 2022. Today, several FDA-approved GLP-1 medicines are available in a variety of dosage forms and strengths. This broad range of FDA-approved GLP-1 treatments are now available at more affordable prices, allowing more patients to access FDA-approved weight management medicines. We look forward to supporting appropriate patients with these medications.

Fella Health remains committed to providing comprehensive weight management support, and the licensed healthcare providers affiliated with Fella Health and Delilah platforms will continue working to meet the individual clinical needs of their patients.
